Blekinge county is located in southeastern Gotaland, it is bordered to the north of Kronoberg and Kalmar, and in the west to the county of Skåne. Blekinge county is to the surface Sweden's smallest province and consists of five municipalities. From north to south it is about 4 mil, and from east to west around 11 mil. Blekinge's sunny climate and the extraordinary nature attracts each year, visitors to both coasts, islands and inland wilderness. Salmon fishing in Mörrum is known far beyond Sweden's borders, but there are rich fishing waters in both coastal and inland areas. Blekinge county has about 950 lakes, 12 rivers and 800 islands.
There are many popular destinations in Blekinge, the most visited is the Marine Museum, Barnes Farm in Karlskrona, upptäckarcentret Kreativum in Karlshamn and salmon house in Mörrum.
